FileMaker, OSX and Eudora

Does anyone know how to make Eudora the default mail program on OSX 10.2 client. I have a FM solution that runs fine on Windows and OS9 that has mail script steps that are supposed to launch Eudora and send an email. I cannot use OSX mail program because you cannot configure it (or I haven't figured out how to) to send mail automatically without receiving it...like you can with Eudora. When I run my solution on OSX it tries to run OSX Mail and will not utilize Eudora. I have tried deleting OSX mail but it Eudora still does not respond.
