Filemaker link with Ecommerce web store.

I will like to ask a question. I hope you expert out there can help me. I appreciation on any given answer.

I am a online seller and currently I am using ChannelAdvisor to manage my product database, site and store setting.

Next, my boss ask me to have a offline database which I use filemaker as a solution.

Do anyone know is it possible to connect filemaker with channel advisor? For example, I do changes on the my offline database with filemaker and it will upload/update my data in Channel Advisor online? Can I it be done? Do filemaker have something like an API or plug in to connect with it? If you have an answer, mind you please teach me how to do it. Thanks.
