FileMaker 6 Pro - Word Wrap

Hey All,

I'm a newbie when it comes to FileMaker and have been recently inherited a database where I work. One of the forms has a text field that handles variable length strings, and when the text wraps, the size of the field does not grow accordingly. How can I go about setting up the field so that it expands in size as the text grows?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated,

I take it that you are talking about a data entry form? There is no way to make the field expand.You have two options -
1. Make the field large enough to hold the largest likely amount of text.
2. Make the field large enough to hold, say, 80% of the entries but also include vertical scroll bar. The latter option is in the Field Format.
