FileIO Xtra script error in Projector

I am using the FileIO xtra to read information from an XML file into my director file. As far as I know, I've set up the initiation code correctly to read the file. When I run the file in the Director environment everything works as it should, but when I create a Projector I get a Script Error when the XML file is to be read. I have included all my xtras(FileIO and XMLParser) and necessary .dir files when creating the projector. I also placed the .xml file in the same folder as the projector and changed the reference to the file so it would be a relative path.

If anyone could give me a suggestion that would be great.
