Hello,

Can anyone please tell me what this error message means and if there is any resolution apart from a re-install,

When logging in put password in then a error message appears stating "File does not exist!".

I have tryed deleting the profile and re-adding but this has not helped.

This machine is running R5.10

Thanks for any advice.

Well that could be any of a zillion things. The most important would be the Notes.exe file, the local names.nsf, and the notes.ini file.

Are they all where they're supposed to be ?

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.

copyed over data folder form another user that worked and all sorted, completed delete/re-create all sorted!

Cheers anyway

I had the same problem with a user. She had two id folders which contained bookmark.nsf files so I deleted one and she was able to log in successfully.
