FileCopy with new CreatedBy Datestamp 1

I am using FileCopy Source, Target and it works fine.
But when I go into the folder, the target file maintains the CreatedBy Datetime and Modified Datetime of the Source File.

Is there a way to copy the file with a new CreatedBy datetime?
