File with no owner

I get the following message on one of my NW6 server's system console screen:

User on connection 0 attempted to extend the length of a file with no owner:

FILENAME:NLSLIST1.DAT

I've tried the FLAG utility but cannot locate this file on any volume. The server is patched to SP4. Any ideas?

Connection 0 is usually the server itself. The file should be located in SYS:_NETWARE which is a hidden directory and can only be "accessed" from the server console. You can use something like TOOLBOX or JCMD to access the directory.
