File Watcher Service type: Add Installer errs

Colleagues,
The "brass" "suggested" to make this File Watcher program as a Service type. (Albeit WinForms version is a working prototype.)
I transferred the code from FileWatcher_W project to the FileWatcher_S project. Now, this latter needs to be tested and debugged.
Since Service type can't be run in VS IDE, I had to follow the instructions on this page:

Which eventually lead me to this page:

And there I "hit a stump" (Russian saying):

The Program's name is FileWatcher_S, definitely less than 80 chars... which, IMHO, leaves only one possible question:

Is underscore character forbidden in the name of the Service type programs?

If it's not - what may cause this error?

Resolved.
This error was indeed caused by property Name blank.
Corrected.
Case is closed.
