File Watcher misbehaves: Works on WS, won't work on Server - ?

Colleagues,
I'm still struggling with this my (StrongM's core-based - thank you, StrongM, once again!) program in subject.
It now works perfectly on my W/S (Win11 Enterprise ver. 22H2), but once I transferred it on the server box (Win Server 2019 Datacenter ver. 1809) (and I even ran Setup) - it won't react on any file changes/appearances/disappearances! (And - Yes, I run it as Asdmin)

What might cause such behavior?

Resolved.
As it turned out, it takes some while for the Program to reach and start reading these system event logs.
Case is closed.
