File view Exchange 2003

We recently upgraded to Exchange 2003, we use to have a mapped drive to d:\exchange\mbx this would allow us to view emails in a file view. This went away after the upgrade. Is there a new way to get this view back?

Some mgrs want to quickly view some of their employees emails.

If some managers are doing that, then they are potentially violating privacy laws! If a users presses charges, they can face some serious problems, and so can you for allowing it, so be very sure to have a signed copy stating you were ordered to do so.
