File Validation - COBOL error 1

Progression 7.6.200.5 MSSQL

We recently upgraded to this version. This is the first time I have attempted to run this since our upgrade, but in System Manager | System Utilities | File Validation I get the COBOL error with a long text file of error message following. I thought that this occurred if you had source code mods that conflicted with the new COBOL compiler in 7.6.200. The upgrade was allowed to pass through after checking for source code mods, so I assume that we have none. I say this because I am unsure.

Does anyone else get this error in File Validation? I have screen shots in a doc that I can email.

Check out document# 03.031.296 on the customer portal. It talks about happening to clients who upgrade to 7.6.200 and not new installs.
