File Upload / Server Resources

I'm not really familiar with the inner workings of IIS and win2k. I have a file uploader on my site which works just fine. However, when uploading large files, it utilizes all of the processor resources on the server. If someone else is online at the same time a large file is being uploaded, they experience a delay in ASP processing while the file is being uploaded.

Any ideas on how to allocate the processor resources a little better ?
