File Synchronization Question

In reference to:

For example 5 files locally. They are synchronized with a server so I have server-side copy. If I remove two local files, then I have 3 files left locally. Do I have 3 files left on the server as well? Are they removed from the server as well?

You will have 3 files on the server next time you synchronize the two of them. Until you synchronize, the server will still have all 5.
