File structure for Borland c++ 4.5

This question isn't about Builder so I apologize. I have inherited an old program that was written with Borland C++ 4.5. I have the project space and everything but I only have Borland C++ 4.0 and cannot build my exe because the file structure is different and my project is pointing to different include paths. Can anyone give me the default file structure of 4.5 or point me in the right direction so I can figure out what files I am missing.
