I have split my database into a front and back end. The back end is on the server and the front is on the workstations.

Why would the file size on the front end increase from day to day if all the data is saved on the server??

Thanks :)

If there are any graphics stored in your database this could cause the front end to bloat. Try performing a compact and repair on close. This will bring it back to its original size. If your using Access 2000, you can have it automatically compact on close by selecting it under tools, options. If your using Access 97 you would have to write up some VBA code to perform this operation.
