File size limited in OE

I apologize if this is considered a cross post, but I am a little desperate. My work depends upon it....

My attached file size is limited in 2000's Outlook Express. I can send small .jpeg's but not my usual 300 dpi images. It's not the server either, it won't show when I attach them before they are ever sent. Unless, of course, they are small. How do I correct this?

I am assuming that it has something to do with MS's security updates. I didn't have trouble until I reloaded recently and added all of the updates. Any ideas on a fix?
