Hello,

I am currently having a problem with a system that occasionally displays the following error message when some code is run.

"File Sharing Lock Count Exceeded, Increase maxLocksPerFile Registry enty"

The error only happens occasionally and has only started recently. I can't change the registry setting as we are running on Novell Netware (and we're not allowed to anyway :) )

Has anyone got any ideas how I can stop this or what might be causing it.

Cheers,

Steve. Make things as simple as possible — but no simpler.

Falcon 99,

Thanks for the response, but yes I've seen those. Not much help as I'm not using replicas.

Cheers,

Steve.
