File Server Resource Manager Service

After a bit of a struggle I got the File Server Role upgrdaed successfully with the 'Replicate data to and from this Server' selected.

Did the reboot ok but when i try and start the File Server Resource Manager Service role I get the error mesage 'Could not start the File Server Resource Manager Service. Error 126 the Specified Module could not be found.

Platform is Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP1.

Googleing and Technet ahd come up blank thanks in advance for any pointers.
