File sending with win xp pro. and somthing a bit more tricky!

Iv installed win xp pro and ever since iv been unable to send files via: msn,net meeting, and people are unable to download from me on p2p programs.
Iv done all i can think of can u help??

on another subject i cant understand this message when checking my ethernet card it failed this is the data i got can anyone tell me how to fix it??

It looks like your DHCP server is set wrong. What's your network configuration and where do you get DHCP info from - Your ISP, a router, or a server on your network?
 
What about the built in firewall on XP, if it is enabled on your connection it may be preventing the file transfers. Help us to help you, please post back and tell us if this helped.
