File Repository Server Input is down

When I try to see a report this message appear:

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------



The error message returned is:

File Repository Server Input is down. [On Page Server: BDC.pageserver]

Hi megias,

If you haven't already tried this: logon to the machine
that runs your Crystal Enterprise services or, if you have
several machines running parts of CE, logon to the one
running the Crystal Input File Repository Server.

Run the Crystal Configuration Manager and make sure
the Input Server is running. If not, start it. If it won't
start, you may have to reboot the machine.

If you already checked to make sure the Input Server is
running, you may need to stop and re-start it.

kidder has the right idea, CE needs a good reboot every now and again.

There are some fixes on crystaldecisions kb for this error if it won't resolve this way.
