File Recovery! NEED HELP SOON!

A very important folder containing a database and other files was deleted over the network from another computer. It didnt delete the entire folder but it deleted most of the files in it. Please, i need any suggestions on recovering the lost files?

yes its only possible dont use your drive not even try to install any software this way your data will be over written

DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THE DISK.
Otherwise u'll loose ur data.
Just run any recovery software.
