Hi. I was wondering if there is command line tool that will update all file security permision.

For some reason the parent folder will have all the correct security and correct users, but for some reason the child folders or sub folder did not inherit the permision even if it is selected to inherit the permisions. Some of the have lost all security and the you have to go to advance asign owner to the folder or even documents and the add the users there right access.

This is very time consuming.

I am sure you can use secedit but do not know what the code or syntex will look like.

Any help will be appreciated
