The idea is to output a table as .xls everyday. I have an Access macro that works ok and a batch file that will send the command line and it can be scheduled. Only problem is the overwrite prompt requires manual intervention. Any way to get past that so the entire precedure can be automated?

In your Macro, insert a new row immediately before the OutputTo command, in the new row select Sendkeys, at the bottom of the screen where Keystrokes should become visible, type in y. Your .xls will always be overwritten without the prompt.
