File Open by Unknown Process

Does anyone know how to tell which process has a file open? We have a process that's not working because the file it's trying to copy is opened by another process. This has been working for years, but all of a sudden something has this file.

Looking for an equivalent of "[tt]fuser[/tt]" on Unix, I think.

Found what I was looking for. Microsoft's Process Explorer. It's a free download and does the job beautifully.
