FILE NOT FOUND??????

I have set up my Arcserve job to backup up everything on all drives. But because during the normal working day, certain files are deleted, my arcserve job still thinks that the files should be there and i get lots of File not found messages in the backup because it is trying to locate these files, hence slowing the backup. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

We had this problem as well. Turns out if you exclude a certain directory from a physical or logial drive, it will explicitly include everything else on the drive, that is everything has to stay intact. It may be just the neighboring directories to the excluded one. If you can, backup the entire disk.
