File Not Found: proxies.pas

I'm converting an application from Delphi 3 to 7. (Don't blame me...)
During compilation this message is beeing displayed preceded by "Fatal Error". No one component nor any unit contains a reference to that file name.

Anybody could give me a hint to solve this?
