Hi

We are running Goldmine (SQL) on a Server 2003 - users sync over the internet via a PC running windows 2000 every so often the sync fails because of the following message Compression error TSA?????.gts 18: File Not found or No Read permissions. This seems to happen with no apparent frequency - different users - different times (sometimes the file is locked on the server - but seems to release itself after some time)

If anyone has any suggestions or pointers how to resolve the problem would be most pleased to hear them.

Thanks

Maybe overzealous antivirus software is holding the files up during particularly busy moments or when they're particularly large? Try excluding that folder (\Sync\)from real-time virus scanning.
