can anyone help me I am getting the above error message when ever I try to open a lotus spreadsheet it says re install lotus I have done that and problem still persists.

file missing L.TASWN21.DLL

I do not find any file of that name on my system. But a Lotus tech note says it is one of the files installed by Organizer V5 in this location: C:\lotus\compnent\ltaswn21.dll
You could use the installation CD to copy this file from it. It would be in the x:\Lotus\compnent folder on the cd. (replace the x with your CD drive letter).
