file missing after installing NAV 2006

I have just installed OEM NAS 2006 on a XP HOME machine. not activated anot connect to web yet.

intallation went ok but at restart norton complains with 3 error messages:
1st: NisProd missing
2nd: AsFilter.dll missing or corrupted
3rd: NisEmail.dll missing or corrupted

re-install didn't help.

does someone have any idea? What is the problem & how to fix it?
