I recently upgraded some computers from windows98 office97sr2, to windows2000 office97sr2. Now when I try to map the "workgroup templates" in Word to the folder on our network, and go to File\New I get the message:"Cannot open the templates in the workgroup templates location you selected." It works with windows95 office97sr2, windows98 office97sr2, and it works with windows2000 office2000sr1.
