Does anyone know which Reg Key it is to change the File Location so it will save and open to the users home drive on the server.

Which program? Word & Excel file locations are settings in the Tools, Options

AFAIK, you need to set the default file location for each program you are using (eg: Windows Explorer: Right-click on My Documents > Properties & set Target Folder Location).
