FILE ITOLM32C.DLL MISSING

Days ago we had a problem with the power and all the servers crashed including the SCCS 4.2, and now i'm getting an error message each time I restart the serve and it says "nies.exe could not find the file itolm32c.dll".

But the most importat thing is that the FAT client can not connect to the RTD, script, variables, and so on...

for me the most important thing is that I can not change or view anything but the alarm monitor.

Can any body help with this file?.

Are there any errors in the event log on the server?

Did you try to run the shut.exe followed by the start.exe which are on the server?

Just some thoughts...

No I have not, but I turned off the MASLink Handler days a go and some other services I do not need and is working fine for now.
