File in use question

Hello everyone,
I need to know how to tell if a file is in use and by what app it is being used by. The file itself is SRD.RD and it is not a recognized file by the os.

I think that the software using it is probably the old RoboDemo.


Computer management >> Shared Folders >> Open Files to see who or what has it open.

(yay! shameless advertising. my side business)
