I'm an Administrator on all servers on our network.
However, I did notice on other webservers the \winnt\system32\dllcache\ folder doesn't exist, nor do I know what this is.
However I did notice the wpnpinst.exe does exist on other webservers but in the winnt\system32 directory.
I guess I need to know what this dllcache fold is, do you happen to know off hand?
