I'm using CR V8.5 accessing SQL databases through ODBC.
I have CR set to convert Date-Time fields to Date in the Options section. However, it appears when users are prompted for a date range to run these reports I've created, some data is missing due to the time element.

I thought setting my options in this way, the time element was not going to be a factor. Does this only affect formatting? I don't want the user to have to deal with the time element.

Users access reports through Sharepoint 2000, using the CRViewer.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

Thanks,
Lowell

Are you using stored procedures, or are you accessing views/tables directly?

And does 'SQL databases' mean SQL Server, or something else?

Thanks

Thanks for posting what worked for you. I'd forgotten that there were a lot of connectivity issues with CR 9 (hence its three service pack releases in its relatively short life span).
