File error when importing pop up menu into Dreamweaver

I get the same error HELP someone. This is so annoying.
hey...
export the pop menu to a new folder within your site. a .js and an html page is exported. when you go to insert the pop menu within dreamweaver, insert the html file. preview in the browser to test it out....this should do it.
i have a question of my own...how do you insert a popup menu that is also a rollover image. for example, when user rolls mouse over a button the text's color changes, but I want the popup meny to open when the mouse is rolled over. how do you do this???
