File e-mail

In VMX,

How do you send a file (i.e. test.csv) under a directory via e-mail?
For reasons, ftp is not permitted.

If all you want is the contents then

mail -s "This is the subject" ma@myserver < /path/to/file

If you want the file as an attachment then you need to use uuencode. See faq80-4138

it is little odd.
I'm getting this error...

%DCL-E-OPENIN, error opening CER_DATA:[CCLUSERDIR]xxxx.COM; as input
-RMS-E-FNF, file not found

I don't recognise the error message at all. It must be a VMX thing which I don't know. Can anyone else help?
