Does anyone know the file DSN connection string for Paraodx?

Depends on how you are trying to connect. ODBC? ADO?
With ODBC, you can setup a link to your Paradox tables and then simply use the ODBC name as your DSN. With ADO, you would use a connection string such as:
ADOcon.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\PDXTables;Extended Properties=Paradox 5.X"

rooster168,

Typically, the DSN is the full path to the directory containing your Paradox table. Please note that certain ODBC drivers are more effective than others. For example, many drivers provided with older versions of MS Office are unable to Paradox level 7 tables.

Hope this helps...
