File Download Dialog Box

Greetings,

I have an executable I wish my users to run from a hyperlink, but the file download dialog box comes up. I've been doing some research and in Microsoft's site (

you can use the <IFRAME> tag to bypass this, but it's not working; I'm doing something wrong. I realize this is a security measure, but it's inconvenient. If anybody has any tips on how to bypass this Dialog Box, I'd appreciate your input.
