Hi all,
I have a PDF posted on a website with 3 links at the bottom:
1 to open the DWG file, 1 to open the DXF file and 1 to copy the cad file.
Here's the deal: I cannot assume that all customers, users, etc. will have CAD viewers installed on their machines. When the user clicks on the dwg file internet explorer brings up the file download box asking the user what they want to do with the file.
When I click on the DXF file i do not get the file download box, instead I get a webpage with source code.
I've tried adding the dxf file extension in the control panel and also adjusting my browser setting and I cannot get this to work.
I need the file download box to come up when clicking on the dxf file.
When adding the dxf file to the file extensions in the control panel I also tried checking the box that says "confirm after download" and it still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
