Is there some way to look at the file date of a different file through an html-like tag (maybe an img src tag) and present it onscreen? I want to do this for a simple html menu with the date of the file next to each hyperlink but do not want to use SSI. It would ne nice if it could also give a little "new" image withit that I can create if the file had been modified within a certain time-frame - say, the last month or so.<br><br>I'm not a programmer so I hope there might be something already written that can do this! Otherwise, I appreciate any details that anyone might be able to give. If it's not possible, then I would also appreciate knowing it so I don't waste too much time on it!
