Hi

I have a client with a training site. PC's are running XP Pro SP2 currently, and a mixture of ie6 and ie7 with pop up blocker disabled. AV is a mixture of etrust 7.1 and ESET. Internet download speed is around 1400mbps on each machine

When attempting to access the training material at ¦access the curriculum¦ computer basics¦launch elearning ¦ Click to begin, it hangs at the "loading viewer" stage, and after around 5 minutes fails with a dialog box that states the following:

The following file could not be loaded by the xml parser course/manifest.xml.The operation timed out.

It works ok on my laptop running Vista.

Any idea where to start? One of the PC's did run it ok the other day, but it is failing today?

ANy help greatly appreciated!

TIA
