I'm having a problem where all the word documents in a particular network folder open up with a large dialog box called "File Conversion - (name of the file)" that asks me to please select the encoding that makes the document readable. No matter which one i select the document still opens as unreadable garbage characters. This is the only folder this is happening to and the same thing happens from seperate workstations. I am using MS Word 2003 to open the documents up. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
