File changes formatting when opened on other pc's

My file is used by several people on the network.However, when it is opened on a computer other then my own the formatting all changes on the forms.(pictures resize, windoes dont show all the icons, etc.) is there an option I need to select?

Are they all really there but the other users have to scroll vertically and horizontially?

If so, you are running at a higher resolution than the users.

Three things can be done.

1 They live with it.
2 They change there resolution to yours.
3 You lower your resolution to there's and figure out a way to squeeze it all in.
