File back up

Is there an automatic way for my computer to save files I add to a folder in drive c, to be saved in a folder with the same name in drive F. I need this so I have a backup e in case drive c goes bad. I now (cut and copy then past) to F but I have about 300 items in the folder an it takes 10 to 15 min. each day.

I would use a great freeware utility, SyncBac:
