File Automatically Minimizes When Opened

In one particular software program, every e-mail file I open minimizes automatically. I then have to "Maximize" the file in order to view it. This over time, has become really annoying. Any ideas how to fix it?

You usually just have to go to the program icon, right-click on it and select properties.

In the Run box choose the drop-down arrow and select Maximized.

That usually does the trick

Then go start>settings>folder options>view tab>scroll down to and place a check in the remember each folders view box.
