File Attachments within MS Outlook 2003

I receive around 50 to 60 daily emails with a .wav attachment file from the same sender. Is there a way where outlook can automatically get the .wav attachment file (NOT THE EMAIL, JUST THE .wav FILE.) and save or send it to a folder either on my PC or on a public folder? I am using Outlook 2003 and each email that I receive from that sender automatically goes to a folder within my Outlook inbox.

you can only manage the incoming mail via Rules into .ost or .pst files You can not have them move outside of the Outlook application with out further assisting the data..
