some word (.doc)and wordperfect (.wpd) attachment files cannot be found by groupwise when attempting to open them. this happens when viewing or opening. This only happens for one user and for some attachments, not all.
The message is cannot find c:\temp\filename or cannot open filename, the file cannot be found.
