Hi,

When UserA sends emails with attachment to UserB and UserC, UserB receives the email with an in-line attachment (contents displayed on the email). UserC gets it as an attached file that he has to click before opening.

UserB complains that it (in-line attachment) always happen everytime he gets emails from UserA. His emails from UserC are all OK.

Any ideas on how and where to tackle this problem? Both are on a remote location so it would be better if we already know the solution before I send somebody to fix it.

Thanks in advance.

This is caused by user A's sending format. My guess is that user A is using Outlook and sending in RTF. Have user A change the sending format to HTML or plain text.

Thanks smah. I'll try your suggestion. However, just some additional info. I asked UserA to send the same email to me, and I can see the attachment just fine. So what I did was to forward the same email to userB and it seems ok. I'm also using RTF format.
