File association problem

Hi there

After I run my application for the first time on a new computer, the file type associated with my app adds itself to the "New" submenu in the desktop context menu (this is the menu appearing when right-clicking on the desktop or in the Windows explorer and then clicking on the "New" submenu).

How can I manage to keep the file association to my program without having the "New MY_APP document" menu in the context menu? Should I have to modify the myApp.reg file in order to do that?
